Xavier Oudin
lives and works in Ha Noi, Vietnam. He studied Economics (PhD from the University of Rennes) and Political Sciences (Sciences Po Paris) and is researcher at the Institut de Recherche pour le Développement. He is the scientific coordinator of the Nopoor project.
